The Short
BPE is a movie rental store that specializes in arthouse, cult, and hard to find films (as much as humanly possible).
We opened December '03 in the hopes of providing a place for independent film fans and movie buffs to rent amazing film.
We strive to integrate ourselves into the fabric of the community and know each of our customers by sight in the most awkward public situations.
Best Place Ever is locally owned and operated, next door to Drake University Campus and blocks from downtown.

We've been asked on occasion for small business or start-up advice by people who are trying or want to open their own business. This has also taken the form of being asked to speak to local business or entrepreneurship classes.
We would love to speak to your class, group, or potential business partners and field questions. We are passionate and blunt Small Biz owners.
However, with each of us busy with the store, our families and other creative pursuits - We value our time.
Get in touch with the audience size, what's expected (length of time, specific focus), distance away, and we'll work something out. Each of us have our own strengths and we will tailor it to your needs.
