Southland Tales

For better or worse, this is Richard Kelly's follow up to Donnie Darko. While it was plagued with re-cuts from huge runtimes, and was quickly swept in and out of theaters by a mainstream studio with no idea of how to market it, the trailer looks original, creative, interesting, and risk taking.

Lost Highway
One of the last David Lynch films to arrive on dvd. One of the lesser talked about, the Bill Pullman starrer hosts a Henry Rollins prison guard cameo, a bizarre circular story, a frenetic jazz score, and one of the best soundtracks from the 90's.
